About The Position
Feldspar Trucking, a division of Trimac, is a family-run trucking company specializing in hauling bulk commodities. With a legacy beginning in 1967, they have consistently served long-standing customers with exceptional service. This position is based in North Carolina and offers a new pay package with weekly pay ranging from $1,375-$1,650 gross, and an annual earning potential of $80k+. The role involves hauling dry bulk materials such as Sand, Limestone, Feldspar, and Gypsum, with pick-up points in NC and TN, and destinations in TN, GA, SC, and NC. The schedule is Monday-Friday with loads requiring weekly overnight travel, ensuring drivers are home on weekends. Paid orientation and training are provided.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- No driving violations involving illegal or intoxicating substances in the past 7 years
- No preventable rollover or fatality crash in the past 7 years
- No license suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol in the past 3 years
- No major preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- No more than two moving convictions in the past 3 years

Responsibilities
- Hauling dry bulk materials: Sand, Limestone, Feldspar, Gypsum
- Pick up materials from various locations in NC, TN, and other specified points
- Deliver materials to destinations in TN, GA, SC, and NC
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
