About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a CDL A Chain Delivery Driver for their Shepherdsville, KY location. This role involves delivering food products to regional chain restaurants, building relationships with customers, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. The position offers night shifts and regional routes, with most nights spent at home and 1-2 overnights required per week. Drivers will be responsible for unloading cases up to 100 lbs using a ramp and two-wheeler. Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds.
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check.
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent.
