About The Position

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, and be part of an employee-owned company excelling in portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. Home of over 750 employees in seven states, we offer driven individuals opportunities to earn more than just a paycheck! The sign-on bonus is paid in four installments based on continuous employment: $500 after completing 90 days, $1,000 after completing 180 days, $1,500 after completing 270 days, and $2,000 after completing 365 days. You must be actively employed on each applicable payment date to receive that installment. Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and payroll withholdings. If employment ends before a milestone is reached, any remaining unpaid installments will be forfeited.

Requirements

1+ years in a physically demanding role
Clean driving record
Pass DOT physical and drug screen
Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
Must have a CDL Class A or B with Tanker and Airbrake Endorsement
Must be able to drive a manual shift and have manual endorsement
Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.
