What you’ll do Complete a structured training program covering sales, customer service, financing, and leadership. Assist customers in selecting and buying vehicles that fit their needs. Learn pricing, financing options, and product knowledge. Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Work with the sales team and leadership to hit goals and improve processes.
