Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Requirements
- If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
- Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed
- Use of personal computer and Windows applications.
- Knowledge of encoding/grouping/compliance software.
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of documentation requirements
- Facilitates clinical documentation
- Competent utilization of EPIC, 3M Encompass/CDIS, Midas
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Demonstrates responsibility for personal development
- Works in collaborative fashion with team members and other associates
- Performs other duties as assigned.
