Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.

Requirements

  • If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
  • Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed
  • Use of personal computer and Windows applications.
  • Knowledge of encoding/grouping/compliance software.
  • Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates knowledge of documentation requirements
  • Facilitates clinical documentation
  • Competent utilization of EPIC, 3M Encompass/CDIS, Midas
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Demonstrates responsibility for personal development
  • Works in collaborative fashion with team members and other associates
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
