Requirements

Proven track record of analyzing, prioritizing, delegating, controlling workflow and managing projects.
A “get-it-done-right and on time” attitude.
Willingness to travel to North American sites.
Complete background checks (includes references, educational verification, criminal check, credit check - where applicable). Certain roles may also require testing.

Responsibilities

Estimate, design and manage installations of large scale complex Access Control and CCTV infrastructure that is linked to live operators in a monitoring station.
Analyze, prioritize, delegate, control workflow and manage projects.
Design systems and improve existing processes.
Create quotations, installation drawings and work orders.
Troubleshoot tech issues and provide guidance when required.
Audit installations.
Negotiate with sub-trades on quoted scope and the actual required scope of work.
Manage and supervise staff and subcontractors with strict expectations of effort and results.
Resource planning and management.
Commissioning with staff, sub-contractors and clients to insure agreed upon scope is completed.
Influence and motivate staff with open communication.
Mentor, positively encourage and build teams in a teamwork environment.
