About The Position

Metropolitan Family Services (MFS) is seeking a full-time CCBHC - Clinical Supervisor to join their Merrionette Park office. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, required.
  • 5+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility, required.
  • LPHA Certification, required.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently supervise staff.
  • Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Travel between sites is required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the programs including service delivery, community groups, and personnel matters.
  • Maintains the quality and quantity of services provided.
  • Stays informed about client service needs and participates in planning for them.
  • Manages all personnel matters within a program, including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, staff assignments, and terminations.
  • Identifies leadership potential within program staff for management.
  • Writes the program’s annual and long-range plans.
  • Participates in developing the unit’s annual and long-range plan.
  • Recommends the program budget to the director.
  • Ensures appropriate integration of multi-service, multi-disciplinary, and systems approaches to the program.
  • Develops and maintains contact with community groups relevant to program needs.
  • Collaborates with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
  • Works collaboratively with other program supervisors in the unit to achieve unit goals and identify opportunities for program development.
  • Supervises and develops intern staff within the program.
  • Works effectively with diverse staff and service populations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
