About The Position

Interpret CCAR regulatory reporting instructions and define required data elements per schedule. Gather and document business and functional requirements for regulatory reporting. Perform data gap analysis, source-to-target mapping, and fit-for-purpose assessments. Support testing, reconciliation, UAT, and production deployment for end-to-end automation. Partner with data providers, system owners, and data management teams to ensure governance and traceability.

Requirements

• CCAR
• FR Y-14A
• FR Y-14Q
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data quality controls, and remediation efforts
• Familiarity with large banking environments and regulatory control processes
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries, testing evidence)
• Ability to reconcile Axiom outputs against existing production processes
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
