About The Position

We are seeking a CCaaS-AWS Connect-Senior Engineer for a contract position, working on-site in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center as a service (CCaaS) systems using AWS Connect. Daily responsibilities include software development, infrastructure management, implementing cloud solutions, database administration, and system optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of efficient and secure cloud environments while identifying opportunities for system improvements. We at Objectways, are a boutique shop that helps our customers solve some of the most pressing problems in Big data analytics. Machine Learning / Artificial intelligence and lOT analytics. While Cloud providers provide a plethora of tools. we believe in working backward from a customer problem to provide prescribed use of services and architecture.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery, including working knowledge of various tools in the CI/CD pipeline.
• DevOps and Observability.
• Experience with automated release management using GitHub Actions.
• Experience in architectural design and modeling.
• Strong skills in designing and modeling complex systems and architectures.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Great written communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and Encryption and OAuth.
• Looks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels across functions, from both technical and non-technical perspectives alike.
