About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a full-time, CBT-Certified Therapist (LICSW or LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment focused on patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active licensure as LICSW or LPC
- CBT Certification required
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals within the practice
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned with best clinical practices
