About The Position

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced CBORD Administrator for the RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH) in Central New Jersey. This position supports 7 hospital accounts in Middlesex, Somerset and Monmouth Counties. The schedule is hybrid, involving remote work and onsite visits to 7 hospital locations monthly. In 2026, this position may be required to be onsite more often with new accounts.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of progressive acute care or long term care experience in food service operations required.
Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or similar field preferred
Active Registered Dietitian credential with CDR strongly preferred
Working knowledge of CBORD strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Makes daily, weekly and quarterly updates in CBORD patient menu system including building new menu items, patient diets, food allergen tagging, and nutrition information.
Conducts review of all menu items and nutrition information quarterly for compliance.
Maintains CBORD floor stock system and updates as necessary.
Create and present training to food service teams on patient diets, modified textures, food allergies, etc.
Collaborate with culinary teams on patient tray data and food production forecasting.
Creates and analyzes patient dining reports on regular basis.
Troubleshoots patient dining issues on an ongoing basis.
Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, food service managers and hospital administration.
Visits hospital locations at least monthly to conduct audits, training and updates with the food service teams.
