Job Summary The Manager – Cash/Collections is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the collections team within the Revenue Cycle department. This role ensures the timely and effective collection of patient account balances and third-party reimbursements, improves cash flow, and promotes compliance with internal policies and external payer requirements. The manager will collaborate with other departments, lead performance improvement initiatives, and supervise staff performance in accordance with quality and productivity goals.
