About The Position
Amcomm Incorporated is seeking a CATV Installation Technician to join our team in West Michigan (Wyoming Office). The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television and internet services for our customers. This role offers paid training, potential for weekly bonus pay, and a vehicle and fuel supplied after training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in CATV installation or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Install cable television, internet, and phone services in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing services.
- Educate customers on how to use and maintain their services.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
