About The Position
The Cath Radiology Tech will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) required.
- State licensure where applicable.
- Must work 7/3 - 7/5.
- BLS/CPR Certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications and/or other as applicable.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
