About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This is a full-time onsite position at Canyon Vista Medical Center, a 100-bed acute care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission. The role involves assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, PCI procedures, and pacemaker implants. The technologist will collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams, utilize advanced imaging technology, and maintain strict radiation safety protocols. Requirements

ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist REQUIRED
Active state radiation operator license REQUIRED
Basic Life Support (BLS) REQUIRED
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
Strong understanding of radiation safety practices REQUIRED
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

CI or RCIS certification preferred
Minimum one year Cath Lab experience preferred
Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
Support percutaneous coronary interventions and pacemaker implant procedures
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Assist with individualized patient care planning and education
Maintain radiation safety standards and procedural compliance
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and cardiovascular service line staff
Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI procedures, pacemaker implants, and other cardiovascular interventions
Utilize advanced imaging technology while maintaining strict radiation safety protocols
