About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a high-acuity acute care hospital in Santa Monica, California. This facility is a designated STEMI and Stroke Receiving Center with advanced interventional cardiac, neuro, and radiology services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of acute care Cath Lab experience required
- BLS
- ACLS
- ARRT or RCIS
- Fluoroscopy Permit
- California State License
Nice To Haves
- First-time travelers accepted
- Stroke and Interventional Radiology experience strongly preferred
- EP and Structural Heart experience not required
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety during procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac and neuro-interventional teams
