Requirements

Responsibilities
- Preparing patients and equipment
- Monitoring vital signs
- Operating imaging technology
- Maintaining a sterile, safe environment
- Performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including LHC, RHC, structural heart, PCIs, impella, IABP, EKOs, rotablator, CSI, IVUS, FFR/DFR
- Assisting with special procedures such as ASD Closures, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Valvuloplasty, Watchman procedure, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Central Venous Access - Non-tunneled/PICC placement, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft Interventional, Endovascular Interventions, Scrub Procedures (Vascular), Stent Graft Placement, SVC/IVC Venograph, Thoracic Aortography, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography
- Utilizing external compression devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags)
- Managing hypothermia protocol
- Performing laser-assisted procedures
- Managing Malignant Hyperthermia Protocol
- Obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG
- Adhering to Radiation and Laser Safety protocols
- Using Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose)
