Cath Lab Tech
About The Position
The Cath Lab Tech Performs specialized cardiovascular procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, including but not limited to: records hemodynamic pressures and computerized data, operates special X-ray equipment, burns compact disks, assists the invasive/interventional cardiologist vascular surgeon, electrophysiologist with procedures using sterile technique and has knowledge of cardiac medications. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited, competency-based program in radiologic technology
- Radiologic Technology Registration/Licensure as required (ARRT)
- Florida License CRT
- RCIS within 12 months of hire required
- AHA ACLS Certification
- AHA BLS Certification
Nice To Haves
- 2 years’ experience in an acute care setting preferred
