About The Position
The Cath Lab Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab and related procedures. This includes ensuring all equipment is safely maintained and operational, and that necessary supplies are in stock and accessible. The role involves planning daily patient schedules, staffing, and on-call requirements to ensure efficient department function within targeted productivity indices. Clients served are predominantly adults eighteen (18) years of age and older.
Requirements
- Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required (Manager) or RCIS certification required (Supervisor).
- Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required
- One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area; required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred
