About The Position
We are hiring a Cath Lab / Special Procedures Tech for a regional medical center in Pikeville, KY. You will support cardiac cath and special procedures alongside physicians and the cath lab team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of travel experience
- ARRT certification and Kentucky state certification
- BLS and EKG certification
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS within 24 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Run imaging and monitoring equipment
- Prepare and monitor patients before, during and after procedures
- Keep sterile technique and document each case
