As a new team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a new, state of the art heart hospital designed with one purpose in mind: delivering world class, patient entered cardiovascular care. In anticipation of our opening, select roles will begin as early as Summer 2026, allowing you to complete comprehensive orientation and training at our nationally recognized Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospitals. This immersive experience ensures you are fully prepared, aligned with our culture, and equipped with the highest standards of clinical excellence before the Frisco campus opens. The Heart Hospital Frisco – 7600 Better Way, Frisco, TX 75033 • Department: Invasive Cardiology • Position: Cath Lab RN • Shift: Days: 7am-5:30pm with rotating day off (Mon or Fri) • Required Experience: 2 years of experience in ICU, Cath/EP, or IR • Preferred Experience: Cardiac experience • Orientation will be held at The Heart Hospital Plano location: 1100 Allied Drive, Plano, TX 75093

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in ICU, Cath/EP, or IR
  • Grad of an Accredited Program or (2) two years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • Major: Nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) within (30) thirty days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Using clinical reasoning, conducts accurate assessments according to standards.

  • Assesses and documents learning needs and outcomes.
