About The Position

Cath Lab RN responsible for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including cardiac stent placement, right and left heart catheterizations, pacemakers, ICDs, cardiac angiography, peripheral vascular studies, carotid stenting, declot procedures, nephrostomy support, and moderate sedation. Experience with STEMI, arrhythmias, kidney and carotid blockages required. Must be comfortable taking weeknight and weekend call.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Assist with cardiac stent placement
• Perform right and left heart catheterizations
• Assist with pacemakers and ICDs
• Perform cardiac angiography
• Conduct peripheral vascular studies
• Perform carotid stenting
• Assist with declot procedures
• Provide nephrostomy support
• Administer moderate sedation
• Take weeknight and weekend call
