About The Position
A healthcare facility near Wichita, Kansas, is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join its Cath Lab team. This is a permanent, full-time position with compensation of $33–$45+ per hour, depending on experience, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM. On-call coverage is required for assigned weekends and before or after regular shifts. The role involves ensuring radiation safety, providing high-quality fluoroscopic imaging, monitoring patient vital signs and hemodynamic data, and operating and troubleshooting advanced imaging equipment. The facility is located in a smaller community with access to shopping, restaurants, everyday essentials, outdoor activities, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
Requirements
- Active ARRT (R) certification and current state licensure.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
Nice To Haves
- Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure radiation safety.
- Provide high-quality fluoroscopic imaging.
- Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic data.
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment, including digital angiography systems, power injectors, and intravascular ultrasound technology.
- Provide on-call coverage for assigned weekends and before or after regular shifts.
