About The Position

Espirita is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for experienced Cath Lab Radiologic Technologists to join our large international team at a leading acute health system in Alaska! This role involves assisting in cardiac catheterization procedures, operating and maintaining imaging equipment, ensuring accurate positioning and image quality, collaborating with a cardiovascular team, maintaining compliance with safety guidelines, and providing patient care. The position is a three-year contract within a respected health system in Alaska.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology (Australia, Canada, or USA for equivalency)
• ARRT certification (or eligibility in progress)
• Minimum 24 months of recent Cath Lab or interventional experience
• English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
• Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, including angiography, stent placement, and pacemaker insertions
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment for fluoroscopy and interventional radiology
• Ensure accurate positioning and image quality while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and technologists during complex procedures
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout the process
