Requirements

Current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist by the ARRT
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

1 year or more of experience working in the cath lab or interventional radiology

Responsibilities

Assists physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures and monitors and records hemodynamics.
Ensures equipment is functioning and troubleshoots equipment to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic exams.
Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral technology and hemodynamics to assist the physicians effectively.
Provides quality customer service to patients, families, and coworkers to create a professional and respectful environment.
Participates in the training and mentoring of employees and students.
