Catering Set-Up Staff are responsible for providing an enjoyable experience for all of our guests and customers. Duties include but are not limited to; setting up and breaking down events from small business meetings with minimal food to large groups with full meals; setting up tables, chairs, bars, and AV equipment; and cleaning-up before and after events. Since this position may include lots of direct contact with customers, catering set-ups will also need to be available to answer questions and assist customers & guests in whatever way necessary. Being a catering set-up can be hard physical work and requires mental agility and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment. Catering set-ups must also have the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
