Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all food and beverage items are presented attractively.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout the event.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to maintain a pleasant dining experience.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent guest relations, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during events.
• Support bartending duties as needed, including serving drinks and managing the bar area.
