  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Certification in food handling or culinary arts.
  • Experience working in a university or large institutional catering environment.
  • Familiarity with special dietary needs such as vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-sensitive menus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and event coordination software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume events.
