Through creative menus and accommodating room set ups, we are able to provide luxurious experiences. The Catering Manager is responsible for: Soliciting new accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to exceed Food & Beverage revenue goals. Overseeing client functions to ensure complete customer service satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years as a hotel catering sales manager.
- Ability to communicate with customer needs and resolve complaints.
- Ability to establish and master goals and participate as a team player.
Nice To Haves
- 4 year college degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct necessary site inspections, up-selling, suggesting menus, event and activities to ensure success.
- Organize and plan all details of the client's needs including: menus, function room layout, outside activities, meeting times, check in/out procedures.
- Create and distribute clear and concise resumes and BEOs that detail the clients requests to all appropriate departments.
- Ensure that all billing and charges for services are rendered.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
