Responsibilities Responsible for all wedding & social catering sales. Responsible for selling events with less than 10 sleeping rooms. Coordinates BEOs, floorplans, vendor logistics, FSP, and manages deposit schedules. Manages wedding related social media pages (Instagram/Facebook). Maintains all web-based leads and referrals. Attends bridal shows, industry showcases and networking events. Maintains knowledge of industry offerings and trends. Maintains positive vendor relationships. Works in collaboration with the Director to maintain profitable and creative catering packages. Coordinates Hotel Sales accounts. Maintains competitive pricing for banquet menu. Meets with event planners to develop specific actions for each event. Promotes positive public relations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years appropriate experience. College degree; may substitute additional experience in lieu of degree. Knowledgeable of F&B and Banquet operations. Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills. PC knowledge to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms Delphi System knowledge, helpful Must be willing and available to work weekends, holidays, and after hours for tours.
