Able to have open availability based on the business needs (Required)
Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk several miles per day (Required)
Trustworthy, ability to work autonomously, and make strategic decisions
Clear track record of developing others
Proven results in past roles
Passion for Chick -fil -A's values, including Servant Leadership

Nice To Haves

Previous Chick -fil -A experience (Highly Preferred)
Ability to drive your own vehicle (Highly Preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead all offsite catering functions for events around the surrounding areas of the College Football Hall of Fame
Increasing outside sales & utilizing your catering team to carry out strategic catering initiatives
Managing a team of 5 -10, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross -functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high -level collaborative goals.
Work in restaurant operations on non -event days
