Under the direction of the Director of Catering, the Catering Manager plans, coordinates, and executes first-class events for our members and the Club. This position will work with the Food and Beverage Director and Assistants, Executive Chef and Assistants and any alternate departments as needed to contribute to the cultivation, development, and success of the Club's catering and events operations. The Catering Manager will act as a liaison between members, club staff, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of both private and club events. Work schedule will include occasional nights and weekends based on scheduled events or club necessity.
