Requirements

  • Proven experience in catering and upscale event management
  • Strong leadership with a hands‑on, “roll up your sleeves” approach
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities with ease
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service
  • Confidence in training, motivating, and supporting catering staff
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • The ability to partner with clients and internal teams to deliver standout experiences
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years o f experience in catering, food production, or food service management or a related field
