About the Catering Lead position: Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours between 5:00AM-2:00PM (Hours may vary based on business needs) Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays As a Catering Lead you will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Panera menu Ensure out great food is delivered timely and accurately Know the needs of our customers and provide appropriate communication to ensure satisfaction Strive to be the best with a commitment to true craftsmanship in providing quality service and products to our customers Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning

Requirements

Minimum age – 18 years of age
Great communication and people skills
Email and IT savvy
Must have own vehicle and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

Food service or retail experience preferred
