About The Position

The Catering/Event Lead Specialist is primarily responsible for fulfilling all catering and event bookings for Methodical, LLC. The Catering/ Event Lead Specialist reports to the Catering/ Event Manager and works closely with Leads, Managers, and Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prepares catering & event orders (pulling batched shots, packing supplies & equipment into event vehicles, co-ordinating drop off of whole bean coffee to brew sites for event days, obtaining any miscellaneous supplies needed - milk, ice, etc.)
• Works closely with the Catering & Events Manager to keep track of inventory of supplies and equipment related to Catering & Events
• Drives the event vehicle to catering & event sites (Has a clean driving record)
• Sets-up for catering and events on site, which can include Cortado, tent/ table, mobile cart, etc.
• Provides exceptional customer service on site for catering & events. Serves coffee and pastries to fulfill orders.
• Upholds standards set by Methodical for quality of drinks and product (Displays a knowledge about the product, instead of only the ability to produce the product)
• Works alongside other team members helping train and ensure that each member of the team is meeting Methodical standards
• Serves as the main point of contact on-site for catering & events (for our team and the customer)
