About The Position

The Minnesota Masonic Heritage Center (MMHC) has three primary components: Ives Auditorium, Ladd Museum, and Evergreen Hall. The MMHC offers venues for theatrical and other performing arts, a museum, library and Masonic Lodge along with public and dining event space. The facility is open to the Masonic Fraternity and the public. Duties and Responsibilities: Event duties including setting up tables and chairs, placing china, linens and napkins, operating audio-visual equipment, lifting/setting up podiums, staging and dance floor and event clean up. Help maintain cleanliness of event spaces (emptying garbage, vacuuming, food clean up, ect), execute quick room changes, and replenish catered food items. Provide bar services during events and auditorium shows. Greet and assist clients as needed. When necessary, assist with food preparation. Ability to engage in continued physical activity including lifting and moving items (up to approximately 35 pounds). Flexible schedule includes day, evening and weekend hours.
