Zingerman’s Delicatessen is seeking an enthusiastic and self-directed Catering Kitchen Manager to oversee food production for all catering orders and events. This role is responsible for managing catering kitchen staff, inventory, food safety, and quality control to ensure efficient order completion and timely delivery. The position is full-time and salaried, primarily working mornings and daytime, with the flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Catering Kitchen Manager reports to the Catering Director and manages a staff of 4-6 people.
