Working as a Catering Director, this role is responsible for overseeing Catering and Events. The position manages a team of staff, builds strong client relationships, and ensures the catering experience delivered to guests is of outstanding quality.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events • Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan, including comprehensive event planning services and detailed menu development • Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; actively support the ongoing development of team members in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures • Ensure successful execution of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, food preparation, transportation, setup, service, and cleanup of all events
