This role leads the catering team, manages client relationships, and drives successful execution of internal and external events.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in catering
  • Experience booking events, developing menus, pricing contracts, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise food preparation, service, and event cleanup
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high standards of quality and service

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all internal and external catering and event functions from planning through execution
  • Develop and maintain catering menus and event offerings aligned with client needs and brand standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for catering services
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop catering staff, with a focus on service standards, presentation, and operational excellence
  • Manage event logistics including food preparation, transportation, setup, service, and breakdown
  • Ensure cost control across labor, food, and event expenses while maintaining quality standards
  • Implement and enforce catering policies, procedures, and safety standards
