This role leads the catering team, builds strong client relationships, and ensures exceptional food quality and service for all events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field required
Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in catering
Proven experience with menu selection and costing, contract pricing, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment
Strong ability to supervise food preparation, service, and post event cleanup

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and external catering events
Develop and execute a catering marketing strategy, including event planning services and menu development
Hire, train, schedule, and develop catering staff with a focus on service standards, presentation, and operational procedures
Manage all aspects of event execution, including labor planning, food cost control, preparation, transportation, setup, service, and cleanup
Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
