About The Position

Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company trusted by national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers serve as representatives of Meals Now and its restaurant partners, delivering and setting up catering orders with professionalism, punctuality, and care. This independent-contractor role focuses exclusively on catering deliveries, not fast food, groceries, or gig stacking. Drivers are paid per delivery, with additional incentives based on on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality.

Requirements

Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
Hold a valid driver's license and insurance.
Have a smartphone with internet/data.
Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts; the stated availability window is 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.

Responsibilities

Pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners.
Deliver and set up food in office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues.
Represent Meals Now and restaurant partners professionally, punctually, and courteously.
Follow delivery instructions precisely and carefully.
Take clean setup photos at drop-off.
