About The Position

As a Catering Clerk, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and delicious catering experience. From packing and preparing catering orders to making timely deliveries with a smile, you'll help create memorable moments for our guests during the busiest (and most joyful) time of year.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Prior catering or food service experience in a fast-paced setting preferred
Friendly, professional communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and stand/walk for the duration of your shift
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
Team-oriented but also able to work independently
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet all customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance
Prepare and pack catering orders for delivery and pickup, ensuring all items are included (utensils, tablecloths, condiments, serviceware, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
Take customer orders in person or over the phone, ensuring accuracy
Process online orders and payments efficiently
Assist with in-store demos and catering displays
Unload and load catering-related deliveries as needed
Follow all food safety and company safety policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
