About The Position

The Catering Bartender is responsible for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of banquet events. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, adaptable, and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. We ask our employees to maintain excellent attendance and availability to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00. This is a seasonal role from August 17, 2026 and will end on August 23, 2026. This position will remain open until August 23, 2026.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of experience as a server in a fine dining, large scale dining facility or similar field preferred.
• Committed to offering exceptional hospitality.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
• Desire to learn and grow in a professional working environment.

Responsibilities

• Must demonstrate ability to meet the company caliber for excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers and comply with uniform and grooming standards.
• Responsible for serving plated meals to guests and/or replenishing food and attending stations or buffets with the knowledge of what they are serving guests, paying specific attention to any dietary needs.
• Responsible for serving beverages to guests including tableside wine service and optionally the ability to set and tend a standard bar.
• Responsible for assisting in unloading and loading of any equipment, products, or goods at the event venue.
• Must maintain a clear and organized workspace and be ready and willing to assist fellow team members.
• Must maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.
