Requirements

Must have reliable transportation between Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT to work events that may include: Weddings, Chef to Farm dinners, and private events at guests' homes
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
A keen sense of organization and cleanliness
Ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Previous bartending or serving experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Set a positive tone behind the bar and create a fun, efficient environment
Prepare drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards
Uphold all operational standards and ensure responsible alcohol service
Maintain a clean and organized catering area
Assist with setting up and breaking down the catering room before and after events
Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
Handle cash and possibly credit transactions accurately
Ensure proper portion control and adherence to recipes
