The Catering & Conference Services Manager is responsible for driving catering revenue by securing new local business and expanding relationships with existing key accounts. This role actively manages inbound inquiries while also generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking events, and direct sales efforts. The position plays a key role in developing and implementing innovative lead generation strategies and tools to improve lead quality and support continued sales growth. This role also assumes responsibility for servicing assigned conferences and events while continuing sales efforts. Duties include managing all event details such as menu selections, room setups, and preparation of banquet event orders, as well as clearly communicating client expectations to resort teams to ensure seamless and successful event execution.
