About The Position
dunnhumby is seeking a Category & Store Solutions Consulting Analyst to join their team. This role involves bringing Product & Solutions experience, coupled with retail customer data and insights knowledge, to enhance product features, evolve the product suite, and foster a strong product mindset. The analyst will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Science teams to resolve challenges and ensure the delivery of relevant and compelling products and solutions.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Product & Solutions experience
- Retail customer data and insights knowledge

- Experience using customer data analytics software and solutions
- Experience with assortment optimization products
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions including performance UAT with the client and as part of a large team environment
- Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches across internal and client-facing channels
- Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance on product capabilities and driving a culture of execution excellence through strong communication and follow-up
- Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the Product Manager in capturing and actioning stakeholder feedback.
- Translate product usage data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for improvements and growth.
