About The Position

dunnhumby is seeking a Category & Store Solutions Consulting Analyst to join their team. This role involves bringing Product & Solutions experience, coupled with retail customer data and insights knowledge, to clients to deliver incremental value-added features, evolve the product suite, and foster a strong product mindset. The analyst will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Science teams to resolve challenges and ensure the delivery of relevant and compelling products and solutions.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
Product & Solutions experience
Retail customer data and insights knowledge

Nice To Haves

Experience using customer data analytics software and solutions- in particular, assortment optimization products- would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions including performance UAT with the client and as part of a large team environment
Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches across internal and client-facing channels
Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance on product capabilities and driving a culture of execution excellence through strong communication and follow-up
Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the Product Manager in capturing and actioning stakeholder feedback
Translate product usage data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for improvements and growth
