Requirements

Typically 3+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or direct/indirect procurement.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong in complex negotiations, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
Proficiency in leveraging data analytics, predictive cost modeling, and business intelligence tools to inform category strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including drafting RFPs/RFQs, cost modeling, negotiating contracts, and selecting suppliers.
Translate broad corporate goals into long-term and short-term category strategies to maximize value and drive continuous improvement.
Manage vendor performance, facilitate routine business reviews, and identify opportunities for supplier consolidation.
Monitor global commodity trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing dynamics to adapt sourcing strategies proactively.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders—such as Finance, Legal, Operations, and R&D—to ensure procurement strategies align with business needs.
Identify and mitigate supply disruptions, ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, and manage contract standards.
