About The Position

The Category Merchandising 1 role supports the Global Running team, covering footwear and apparel. This onsite, six-month contract position is suited to someone with at least one year of category merchandising experience who is eager to learn merchandising. The team is looking for a candidate with a personal interest in running who understands running culture and can provide context to the team. Experience on a running team, participation in a running club, or work as a running coach are examples of relevant involvement.

The role may support team meetings and organization, including booking rooms, setting up mannequins, working with point-of-sale data to verify accuracy across geographies, placing sample orders, and updating systems. Excel and Keynote are listed as technical requirements. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; previous industry experience is not preferred as a requirement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of category merchandising experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Personal interest in running and understanding of running culture, with the ability to provide the team context about running culture.
• Willingness to learn merchandising.
• Excel and Keynote.
