Category Manager

We are seeking a highly driven, business-minded Category Manager to own the end-to-end performance of a strategic brand or portfolio. This role carries full accountability for P&L, growth strategy, and execution, spanning merchandising, marketing, and operational levers. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of analytics, vendor partnerships, and ecommerce execution, with high visibility and a direct impact on revenue growth and customer experience. If you’re energized by ownership, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to scale a business within a customer-obsessed, high-growth company, this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • Exposure to supply chain, forecasting, and inventory planning
  • Track record of launching new products or go-to-market strategies
  • Background in tech-enabled retail (e.g., marketplaces, DTC)
  • Strong operator mindset—able to execute, not just strategize
  • Comfort with ambiguity and using data to guide decisions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue or improving category performance

Responsibilities

  • Continuously optimize the customer experience while driving commercial outcomes
